Tony Bimbo, i am professor in poultry sci., at vety. college. it came to know that your are expert in By-product recovery, waste utilization. well. there is lot of material of dressing waste of prawns and other marine animales are available at dressing plants.Disposing of such huge material is a problem. when we want use for feeding of poultry, we could not. As you are aware that most of this material contain chitin, which is not digested and utilized, as there is lack of chitinase enzyme in poultry digestive system. what you suggest. whether, chitinase enzyme commercial preperations available.
