I have only experience on Clostridium control. Normaly I use some gastric protected organic acids that are used in monogastric nutrition (piglets) The idea is to bypass the stomachs and to change the intestinal PH.
any comments on the addition of organic acids to the feed to control salmonella. What affect does this feed have on the ruminants in a feedlot situation?
